Day 01
Move to your Negombo lodging so you can unwind there with your special someone. Make your way to the picturesque beaches for a town excursion.
Day 02
Take a tour of the quaint Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage and explore the seaside town. Before moving on to Sigiriya which is home to one of the wonders of the world stop at Polonnaruwa to explore stunning prehistoric remains.
Day 03
After a morning tour of Polonnaruwa’s old city, continue to Kandy, Sri Lanka’s cultural centre set among verdant hills. Overnight stay in Kandy.
Day 04
Head towards Kandy town and take an insightful tour of the city. Investigate Kandy Lake and the surrounding area. Observe the Temple of the Tooth Relic, which is extensively venerated and adored by individuals belonging to diverse religious traditions.
Day 05
Explore Nuwara Eliya which is sometimes referred to as Little England because of its colonial architecture and pleasant climate. Visit a tea factory or plantation along the route to learn more about the tea-making process. After reaching Nuwara Eliya take a leisurely walk through the city pausing in Victoria Park to take in Gregory Lakes’ serene splendour.
Day 06
Continue towards the Southern Coast and stop at a noteworthy location the Dutch Fort in Galle. Take in the stunning beaches of Bentota or Hikkaduwa where you can relax by the waters edge or participate in water sports. Unwind once you’ve checked into your hotel by the sea.
Day 07
Awaken in the beach town to witness the breathtaking sunset that enthrals you! Travel to Colombo to take in the nightlife of the city. Take your significant other on entertaining activities if that’s what you want to do.
Day 08
Enjoy a leisurely morning before your transfer to the airport for your departure, bringing your serene escape to a close.
